By accessing or using the Site, downloading any free or paid content (including but not limited to sample packs, loops, one-shots, presets, MIDI files, or other digital audio products — collectively "Content"), or interacting with any services provided, you agree to be bound by this Legal Disclaimer.

The Content and any information on the Site (including descriptions, tutorials, blog posts, or recommendations) are provided for informational and creative purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, business, production, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for how you use the Content and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, licenses, and third-party rights in your productions or releases.

2. Intellectual property and ownership

All Content available on beatbush.com is original material created or exclusively licensed by Beatbush Records and is protected by Dutch copyright law (Auteurswet), international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content in your own musical productions under the specific license terms presented at the time of purchase or download (e.g., royalty-free for commercial use, subject to restrictions on resale, redistribution, etc.).
• You may not claim the Content as your own original work, resell or redistribute it as standalone products, use it in isolation (e.g., as ringtones, sound effects libraries), or include it in any sample pack, loop library, or competing product.
• Any breach of these usage restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
