Beatbush Records (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://beatbush.com (the “Site”). - To provide you with access to free or purchased sample packs and downloads → Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) → Data involved: email, name, IP, purchase history
- To process payments and issue invoices → Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) + legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) → Data involved: name, email, billing address, order information
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links) → Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
- To send newsletters and marketing communications (new releases, promotions) → Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time
- To respond to your support requests or contact form messages → Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — we have a legitimate interest in answering customer inquiries
- To improve the website, analyse usage, and prevent abuse or fraud → Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, accounting, refunds) → Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
4. Who do we share your personal data with?
We only share personal data when strictly necessary and always with appropriate safeguards:
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Mollie, PayPal) — only the minimum data needed to complete transactions
- Email service providers (e.g. Brevo, MailerLite, Mailchimp) — for sending newsletters and transactional emails
- Hosting and technical service providers (e.g. Vercel, Cloudflare, Hetzner)

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

- Server logs and raw analytics data → maximum 14–26 months, after which data is deleted or fully anonymised
